HI POWER is inspired by the classic pedal + amp combination that created the best Carat sound. A silicone boost/overdrive pedal with highly flexible and interactive dual-band tone controls hits the front end of a British amp with legendary headroom to make your guitar tone shine like the sun.

We chose to accurately recreate the classic boost/overdrive circuit. A toggle switch allows you to select the most important variations seen in the early 70's. The all-analog circuit, inspired by famous British tube amps, provides authentic amp tone and feel. A full EQ section is included, along with a presence control located in the negative feedback of the power amp simulation circuit. A headroom toggle switch selects between higher headroom for the four EL34 100W power section and lower headroom and compression for the single EL34 50W power section. A passive effects loop lets you connect your favorite pedals between your overdrive and amp-in-a-box to build your ideal rig.
