As the name suggests, the ``Plexstar'' is an effect pedal that houses a plexi-style JTM 45 amplifier in a box. Equipped with a boost switch, you can get a massive overdrive boost with bass when you need it. Using a JFET transistor, it produces monster overdrive tones and transparent overdrive even when the boost switch is turned off.
