The Luxury Drive was one of the first boutique boost pedals I saw as far as I can remember. After learning that Tim Jauernig was stepping down from production and getting in touch with Tim, we decided that together we could reinvigorate the lineup and once again offer it to new players around the world.

Ready for every player

Mjolnir は、伝説的な “Horsey-Man” ペダルを私たちなりに解釈したモデルです。2010年以来、どんなプレイヤーの好みやスタイルにも対応できるよう、この回路を磨き上げてきました。
他の “Klone” と比べて Mjolnir は、ゲインを少し抑え、中域の鼻にかかるようなクセを減らし、低域の押し出しを強化しています。
それでもオリジナル回路の象徴的な要素はしっかり残しており、数あるペダルの中でも際立つ存在となっています。

Gig Ready

Mjolnir には、ペダルボードでの使いやすさを高める工夫が施されています。回路からチャージポンプを取り除いたことで、誤った電源を使ってペダルを壊してしまうリスクを軽減しました。その結果、オペアンプのクリッピングによってドライブ感が少しスムーズになり、ハードクリップダイオードをしっかりと押し出すサウンドを実現しています。
さらに、高品質なパネルマウント式のイン／アウト端子とDCジャックを採用しているため、長年にわたりツアーやライブで安心して使える高い信頼性を備えています。

Polish your clean tone

この回路の象徴的なバッファード・バイパスはそのまま残しており、長いケーブルや大型ペダルボードを使用する際でも、信号品質を大幅に向上させます。
また、オリジナル同様 Mjolnir のゲインコントロールはデュアルギャング式ポットを採用しており、クリーンミックスとゲインの両方を同時にコントロールします。最小ではピュアなクリーントーン、最大ではフルゲイン。どの位置でも、クリーンの押し出し感とゲインの心地よさが絶妙なバランスで得られるようチューニングされています。

Mjolnir Overdrive Controls

Gain - クリーン信号を減衰させながらドライブ信号を加えます。
Treble（トレブル） - 出力信号の高域成分を調整します。
Output（アウトプット） - 最終的な出力音量を設定します。

Other Info

Buffered Bypass（バッファード・バイパス） - バイパス時の信号を保持・補正し、長いケーブル使用時や複数エフェクター接続時の音質低下を防ぎます。

Luxury Drive is a deceptively simple boost pedal that gives your signal a truly special effect. One LEVEL control adjusts the gain of one transistor, resulting in a boosted output. Setting it low will give you just the right amount of clarity and sparkle with a slight bump in the bass, while turning the LEVEL knob up will give your amp just the right amount of boost.
With around 14db of output, you can send the signal where you need it without overwhelming anything. Whether you're pushing your pedalboard or hitting your amp, the Luxury Drive delivers the sweet sounds that players around the world have enjoyed for years.
