The APOLLO X series of APOLLO racks, which feature elite class converters and HEXA(6) core DSP processing, are compatible with the Dante system, allowing you to expand your UAD plug-ins from the studio to the stage.

Perfect for live venues and networked recording studios, the Apollo x16D delivers elite-class Apollo X sound and real-time UAD plug-in processing via Thunderbolt and Dante. With the Apollo x16D, you can mix and record live performances using over 200* UAD plug-ins, including Neve, SSL, and Auto-Tune, as well as classic LA-2A and 1176 compressors mix and record live performances.

Notes
The Apollo x16D does not have a mic preamp or Hi-Z input, so it is not compatible with Unison? technology.
There are computers that have a USB-C (Type-C) port but are not Thunderbolt compatible.
・Connecting using Thunderbolt to FireWire adapters, Thunderbolt hubs, or other conversion adapters is not supported.
・Compatibility with AMD processor environments has not been tested and is not supported.
・Use in 2-in-1 system (laptop/tablet) environments is not supported.
・Coexistence with UAD-1 devices is not supported.
・Use in an Apple Boot Camp or virtual Windows environment is not supported.
・The Apple Thunderbolt 3 - Thunderbolt 2 adapter does not support hot plugging into the USB-C port on the computer.
