D'Angelico / Deluxe Bedford SH Black

The Deluxe Bedford SH Black is based on the original offset body shape reminiscent of the 1960s and features a semi-solid construction with a large f-hole on the 6th string side and a SSH layout of Seymour Duncan pickups.

The original shape of the pickguard, which is very Di Angelico, is reminiscent of part of an f-hole, and is a 5-ply tortoise pattern.
The headstock and neck are decorated with 3-ply binding and combined with mother-of-pearl/avalon split block position markers with a strong presence, the design is chic and gorgeous.
The body is made of wood materials such as alder, maple & walnut 3-piece neck and ebony fingerboard.
The 24.75" scale is used, and the 3-piece neck is made of maple with walnut between the maple to resist warping and twisting.
The neck joint is a unique heel-less design that allows the neck to reach the back of the body (where it covers the entire front pickup) like a through-neck, which provides a wider gluing area, and a "set-through" neck joint that combines playability and strength at high frets. It also features a dual-action truss rod, which is adjusted on the head side.
The distinctive headstock design continues the D'Angelico tradition.
The truss rod cover is made of aluminum and has a strong presence inspired by the skyscrapers of New York City with its Art Deco architecture (such as the Empire State Building), which was popular in New York City around 1930.
All pickups are Seymour Duncan in SSH layout with STR52-1 single coil (neck), STR52-1 single coil with reverse coil reverse magnetization magnet (middle), and SM-1b mini humbucker (bridge).
Controls are 1 volume, 1 tone, and 5-way pickup selector layout.
It is equipped with Grover's Super Rotomatic locking machine heads for tuning stability, and a tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece.
The color is black with gloss finish.
A hard case is included.
