This tenor ukulele is made of koa wood as the material for the BIG ISLAND ukulele, which has a uniquely shaped head design inspired by the Hawaiian sea turtle "Honu". Simple and traditional in design, only strictly graded wood is used. The pegs are reliable covered type side pegs. The knobs are made of koa wood
