The Effects Bakery MECHA-PAN BAKERY Series is a series of modifications of the popular Effects Bakery pedals with expanded functions and tones for further enjoyment by effect pedal-loving players.

The Effects Bakery Croissant Distortion is a distortion pedal that creates a powerful rock sound. This distortion pedal is designed to create a British amp-style rock guitar sound with a thick, sticky overdrive-like sound with an added edge.

The MECHA-CROISSANT DISTORTION is a more aggressive version of the Croissant Distortion. Originally, the Croissant Distortion was designed to create amp-style distortion with a warm tone, but it has been adjusted to create a thicker, sharper tone. It can also be used as a “modded amp head” to cover a lot of gain.
The SMOOTH switch can be used to adjust the thickness and saturation of the tone, and the BODY switch can be used to adjust the midrange. The BODY switch can be used to scoop the mids for extreme metal tones.

The distortion sound is aggressive, loud, and intense, evolving into an overwhelming sound.

MECHA-CROISSANT DISTORTION is powered by a standard center-minus DC 9V adapter. Batteries are not available.
