This pedal divides the signal into high and low bands, and compresses each of them. Each band has its own loop, allowing you to apply drive or filter to the highs while retaining the power of the lows, which are often lost in pedals, or to reduce excessive bass swelling to clarify the pitch and quality of the sound. You can freely mix dry and wet sounds and balance each bandwidth.

RATIO... Adjusts the compression ratio when the compressor is activated.
RELEASE... Adjusts the time between compressor activation and termination.
ATTACK... Adjusts how quickly the compressor is activated.
THRESHOLD... Adjusts the volume level at which the compressor is activated.
PARALLEL... Blends the original input signal with the compressed input signal.
LO/HI MIX... . Adjusts the ratio at which the HI and LO compressed signals are blended and output from the OUTPUT. Functions as a tone adjustment.
X/O FREQUENCY... This control determines at what frequency the input signal is divided and sent to the high and low frequencies.
HI ON/OFF... This is the ON/OFF switch for the high frequency compressor.
LO ON/OFF... This is the ON/OFF switch for the low frequency compressor.

LED
GAIN REDUCTION LED... This LED visually displays the compressor's effect on the audio signal.
LO ON LED... Indicates the low frequency compressor.
LO ON/OFF.... ON/OFF switch for the low frequency compressor.

INPUT... Connect an instrument or the output from another pedal.
MAIN OUTPUT... . HI and LO signals are mixed and output.
LO/RETURN... ...Returns the signal sent from the LO send to an external effects device. When a plug is connected to this jack, the signal from the LO send is internally blocked, so the signal from this LO return is output from the main outputs.
・LO/SEND... This pin can be used for two purposes.
One is as a general effects loop. A high-frequency signal that has passed through the compressor can be connected from this LO send jack to an external effects device and returned to the LO return jack. The second use is as a crossover pedal, sending the high-frequency signal out to another external amplifier, for example. Connecting to this jack does not disconnect the internal signal, so it will also be output from the main outputs.
HI/RETURN... This works the same as LO return in the high-frequency band.
HI/SEND... Works in the same way as LO send in the high frequency range.
