The 8 Step Program is an analog sequencer that can be connected to an effect pedal, keyboard, or other device capable of expression pedal input. This allows the user to control parameters according to the programmed values, rather than continuously controlling them like an expression pedal. In addition, it is compatible with devices equipped with a CV (control voltage) input.

Tempo can be adjusted with the Rate Slider or Tap Tempo Footswitch, or synced to a drum machine or DAW via MIDI. 6 Tap Tempo Divide modes allow for a wide variety of rhythms. An optional 8 Step Program Foot Controller can be added to expand the number of presets to 100.
