The Nano Operation Overlord is switchable between Normal and Boost modes, with Normal mode providing a low/medium gain sound and an amp-like 3-stage JFET gain stage. Boost mode increases the overall distortion, just like adding a pedal-type overdrive circuit in front of the JFET stage.

This is a compact yet versatile overdrive/distortion pedal with a wide range of functions.
It produces everything from sweet crunch without Boost to intense saturated overdrive and fat distortion sounds.
The INPUT LEVEL switch allows you to select from three input gain levels to suit various instruments such as guitars, basses, and keyboards.
Active 3-band EQ for very cooperative tone shaping.

Boost mode adds a traditional pedal-style overdrive circuit in front of the JFET stages to increase overall distortion.
