Comodoro / Percolator Fuzz

The Comodoro Percolator Fuzz is a fuzz pedal based on the famous fuzz pedal from the 1970s, which featured a slide control.

Comodoro used the same germanium transistor, 2n404a, as when it was discontinued many years ago, and modified the circuit to soften the sound. The design was made to create a dirty and defined distortion with rich vintage overdrive tones and characteristic overtone components.

Like the models of the time, it retains the simple style of the original model, consisting of only two controls. The high responsiveness to guitar volume allows you to control the tone at hand.


● Controls
HARMONICS: Adjusts gain and distortion.
Volume: adjusts the volume.
Internal switch: fine-tunes the high frequency output. Depending on the environment, you may not notice any change at all. Switch when there is a strong hissing noise.

The Comodoro Percolator Fuzz is powered by a standard centre-minus 9 VDC adaptor. Current consumption is 10 mA. Batteries are not available.
