The new Les Paul Standard 50s Plain Top returns to the classic design that has shaped sounds, been played and loved across generations and musical genres.

This guitar brings back the authentic sound that pays homage to the golden age of Gibson innovation. This model features a solid mahogany body with a plain maple top and a mahogany neck with a rounded 50s vintage profile, rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. It also features an ABR-1, classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons and gold top hat knobs. The calibrated Burstbucker 1 (neck) and Burstbucker 2 (bridge) pickups are equipped with Alnico 2 magnets and wired with audio taper potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors.
