The Red Witch Pedals Synthotron III is an all-analog monophonic guitar synthesizer with filter, sample and hold, and analog chorus. The Synthotron III is a unique pedal. There are plenty of "unique pedals" out there, but the Synthotron III brings you sounds that no other pedal can. It has a multitude of options for sounds ranging from sublime to cheesy.

■Synthesizer section
The Synthotron III synthesizer section has four independent analog voices. Pitch 1, Pitch 2 and their respective octave sounds can be switched with the Pitch 1, Pitch 2 and 8Ve switches.
Channel 1: Pitch 1 switch (yellow strip). Selects unison, an octave up or two octaves up relative to the original sound.
Channel 2: 8Ve switch (orange strip). Selects one octave down, two octaves down or three octaves down relative to the sound generated by Channel 1.
Channel 3: Pitch 2 switch (red strip). Selects one octave down, a perfect fourth or perfect fifth down, a major second or minor sixth down relative to the pitch of Channel 1.
Channel 4: 8Ve switch (dark red strip). Choose 1 octave down, 2 octaves down or 3 octaves down for the pitch of channel 3.
Each voice has its own dec level, decay and level controls to adjust the decay and volume. They can be individually set to an overwhelmingly crisp staccato, a gentle delay or even infinite sustain. When set to infinite sustain, the synth locks onto the note being played and only changes pitch when the guitar note is changed.
The flux knob in the master section (green strip) controls the spring glissando between notes. The flux eng switch activates the flux knob settings when set to the right, and activates the staccato option when set to the left.
The dry knob allows separate control of the dry signal. You can also output only the dry signal from the Dry Out to split it off from the synth sound.
The synthesizer section also has an external CV and trigger input.
■Filter section
Mode 1/Mode 2 switch: Selects sample and hold, envelope filter, or manual sweep (using an expression pedal).
The freq and velocity knobs adjust the filter frequency range and speed.
The filter section has a Filter Exp terminal for manual sweep, and a S/H Rate terminal for controlling the sample and hold and LFO rate with an expression pedal.
■Chorus section
The chorus section is an analog chorus using a NOS MN3007, based on the Empress Deus Chorus.
Voice switch: You can choose from two voicings. You can choose between a warm CE-1 style chorus and a bright, sparkling chorus.
Velocity: Adjusts the chorus speed.
Mix: Adjusts the wet/dry balance.
Depth: Adjusts the chorus depth.
The three sections of the Synthotron III (synth, filter, chorus) can be used independently or simultaneously.
Each section has its own footswitch, allowing you to turn the section on and off freely. When bypassed, it becomes true bypass.
Synthotron III is the most unique sounding pedal in Red Witch's history. Only Synthotron III can achieve this sound.
