The G6136TG-62 Limited Edition '62 Falcon with Bigsby is a limited edition Falcon with a 1962-style double cutaway with features such as string mute and standby switch.

The G6136TG-62 Limited Edition '62 Falcon with Bigsby is a 17“ wide, 2” thick maple double cutaway body with parallel tone bars and a maple neck with Neo-Classic? Ebony fingerboard with thumbnail inlays is paired with an ebony fingerboard with thumbnail inlays.
Two separate string mutes, one for strings 1-3 and one for strings 4-6, can be muted by toggling down two mute switches located at the rear of the body, which touch the strings and mute the string foam between the bridge and the rear pickup.
The pickups are TVJones Ray Butts Ful-Fidelity Filter'Tron Gold, faithfully reproducing the specifications of the earliest Fiter'Trons.
Controls include a 3-way tone switch, 3-way pickup selector switch, and standby switch, in addition to individual pickup volume and master volume.
Gretsch's proprietary “Squeezebox” paper-in-oil capacitors are used in the treble bleed circuit to ensure the same tone as at full volume, even when the volume is turned down.
All hardware is gold, with jewel G-arrow knobs, Bigsby B6G, pinned ebony bass, SpaceControl bridge, and vintage-style thick plexi pickguard.
