Pico Pitch Fork features 10 different pitch shift intervals and three pitch shift modes: Up, Down, and Dual. Dual mode is a specially paired pitch shift interval that allows for more effects.

Pico Pitch Fork controls are simple and effective: SHIFT selects the pitch shift interval; BLEND sets the wet/dry blend of the output mix; VOL adjusts the overall output volume; SWEEP sets the pitch bend sweep time when switching between bypass and effect. SWEEP controls the sweep time of the pitch bend when switching between bypass and effect, creating an automatic whammy effect. The footswitch operates in two modes: latching and momentary. In latching mode, pressing the footswitch once turns the effect on and once again turns it off. Momentary, on the other hand, turns the effect on only as long as the footswitch is pressed.
