The Canyon Echo features a BLEND knob to get the perfect wet/dry mix, the DELAY knob allows you to set the delay time from 8ms to 3s, the FEEDBACK can be adjusted from 1 repeat to infinite repeats for infinite delay washes and pads, and the FILTER knob can be set to 12 o'clock for infinite repeats. The FILTER knob can be turned clockwise from the 12 o'clock position to set the high-pass filter, and counterclockwise to set the low-pass filter.

Tap tempo is simple and easy to use; simply tap the footswitch two or more times to set the tempo and watch the LED flash. Once the tap tempo is set, the TAP DIV button can be used to subdivide the tempo into quarter notes, dotted eighth notes, and eighth notes. You can also select Tails Bypass, which allows the echo to continue even after the pedal is switched to bypass.

The Canyon Echo also features a new style of infinite repeat, where a single delay is repeated and the input is disconnected from the delay path. This allows it to function like a micro tape looper, repeating itself without creating a new delay. Additionally, the micro loop can be turned into a warp sound effect by adjusting the DELAY knob.
