GRECO / WS-ADV-G Sunburst

The WS-ADV-G is based on the WS-STD*, a model developed with advanced features for players aiming for a higher rank. The Greco WS Advanced Series WS-ADV-G is made in Japan, where all the wood processing, assembly, painting, finishing, and setup processes are performed.

In addition to pickups, tremolo bridge, and other hardware, pickguards and control knobs are also made in Japan and other trusted products are used as aggressively as possible.
The neck is a narrow neck with a nut width of 40 mm, and is finished with a thin neck grip for smooth fingering.
The fingerboard is rosewood with a 648mm long scale and 22 frets.
The body is made of basswood, which has flat acoustic characteristics, and is slim and 42mm thick to fit the body.
In addition, the body is designed with beautiful curves that combine compactness and sharp edges, making it easy to handle and fit many people.
The tremolo bridge has a two-point support system for smooth arming action.
The pickups use alnico 5 magnets, which have a higher output among alnico magnets, and the middle pickup has a reverse phase with a reverse-wound coil and reverse polarity.
The middle pickup has a reverse-wound coil and reverse polarity, and the output balance of each pickup is set according to their respective pickup mounting positions.
The design allows for a wide range of comfortable sounds with any amp setup, from the transparent clean tone of a single coil, to a nice crunchy sound, to a heavier driving sound.
In addition, the volume and tone controls feature 10% audio taper CTS pots for speedy operation.
A 5-way pickup selector allows for a variety of sound-making possibilities, catering to a wide range of musical genres and playing styles.
A gig bag is included for easy transportation.

The red brand logo on the headstock is also the brand color and shows the pride of a Japanese guitar maker, and this is the first time in its long history that the red logo has been adopted.
The WS-STD model, the predecessor of the WS-ADV, was stylishly designed by re-examining the body form and neck grip with the aim of improving operability and playability, and has been very popular since its launch in 2015 for its solid quality and sound that exceeds its class.
The factory strings are set in .009-.042 gauge.
