D'Angelico / Deluxe 59 Satin Trans Wine

The Deluxe 59 Satin Trans Wine is the original 16" (406.4mm) wide, 1.75" (44.45mm) thick single cutaway hollow body model.

The original-shaped pickguard, which gives the guitar a distinctive DiAngelico feel, is black with a design that is reminiscent of a f-hole.
The binding on the body top, headstock and neck, combined with the mother-of-pearl split-block position markers, gives the guitar a chic and luxurious look.
The body material is mahogany for the top, sides and back, and the neck is a 3-piece structure with walnut sandwiched between maple to make it strong against warping and twisting. It has a 25-inch (635mm) scale and an ebony fingerboard.
The neck and body are joined by a set-neck joint, and it is equipped with a dual-action truss rod that is adjusted at the head.
The distinctive headstock design carries on the tradition of DiAngelico.
The truss rod cover is made of high-quality ebony and is inspired by the skyscrapers of New York, which were lined with Art Deco architecture (such as the Empire State Building) that was popular in New York around 1930.
The pickups are Seymour Duncan DiAngelico Great Dane P90s.
The controls are 1 volume, 1 tone, and a 3-way pickup selector switch.
The cupcake control knobs and chicken head switch knobs give it a classic look.
The hardware is all gold, and it is equipped with reliable Grover Super Rotomatic locking machine heads, Tune-O-Matic and Steer-Step tailpieces.
The colour is Satin Trans Wine.
