EHX Pico Platform Compressor / Limiterは、ピコサイズのパッケージに収められたパワフルで多用途なスタジオスタイル・コンプレッサーです。 Pico Platformは、フルサイズのStereo Platformのコンプセクションを凝縮したもので、スムーズなスタジオ・コンプレッションをペダルボードに収めたい方に最適です。

Studio-quality compression and limiter functions. The stereo version of the PLATFORM has been reproduced in a mono version and in a compact size, making it a multifunctional effects pedal. Can also be used on bass guitar.

・TYPE: Switch between compressor and limiter, and adjust with the SUSTAIN knob. Press and hold the TYPE knob to select hard or soft knee.
・ATTACK: The speed at which the compressor/limiter is activated can be set. Turning clockwise speeds up the attack time.

地味に仕事キッチリ

よそで入手しましたが、レビューが少ないのでこちらで。コンプやリミッターに求められることは、ほぼ対応してくれる、頼れる機材といった印象。

デジタルなのでDAWのプラグインソフト的な正確さもあり好印象。操作によってソフトニーにも切り替えられ味があります。

レベルを上げるとコンプ特有のノイズが増加しますが、普通の水準と思います。バッファードバイパスなのでオフ時の音は若干太めのガッチリしたキャラと感じつつもそこは及第点。
