D'Angelico / Deluxe DC P-90 Satin Trans Wine

The Deluxe DC P-90 is a semi-hollow body model with an original 16-inch wide, 1.75-inch thick double cutaway shape and center block construction. The original pickguard, which gives the guitar a distinctive DiAngelico feel, is black with a design that resembles part of the f-hole.

The binding on the top, headstock and neck, combined with the mother-of-pearl split block position markers, give the guitar a chic and luxurious look. The body is made of mahogany for the top, sides and back, and the neck is a 3-piece structure with walnut sandwiched between maple for strength against warping and twisting, and it has a 25-inch scale and an ebony fingerboard. The neck and body are joined by a set-neck joint, and it has a dual-action truss rod that is adjusted at the head. The distinctive headstock design is a continuation of the DiAngelico tradition. The truss rod cover is made of high-quality ebony and is inspired by the Art Deco architecture (such as the Empire State Building) that was popular in New York around 1930.
The pickup is equipped with two stack-type Seymour Duncan STK P-90 (cream color) units. The control layout is 1 volume, 1 tone, and 3-way pickup selector. The hardware is all gold, and it is equipped with Grover Super Rotomatic locking machine heads that ensure tuning stability, as well as Tune-O-Matic and stopbar tailpieces. The color is satin trans wine.
