The CROWN (AMCRON)/XTi4002 is a power amplifier equipped with a high-performance DSP, capable of driving even large speakers with ease thanks to its high output performance. Various settings such as crossover, equalizer, delay, and limiter can be adjusted on the LCD display. More advanced settings are also possible on a PC using the dedicated Band Manager 2 software.

Crossover slopes can be freely selected from Butterworth (6, 12, 18, 24, 48 dB/oct) and Linkwitz-Riley (24, 48 dB/oct), and frequencies can be set to any value in 1 Hz increments. Each channel also features an 8-point input + 6-point output parametric EQ and a delay of up to 50 mS. Furthermore, it includes a subharmonic synthesizer that synthesizes ultra-low frequencies based on the input signal to produce powerful bass.
Up to 49 DSP settings can be saved as presets and instantly recalled, allowing for quick and easy setup. A pink noise generator is also included for convenient system checks. Detailed DSP settings and preset saving can be done via the HiQnet System Architect software on a USB-connected PC. Dedicated HiQnet Band Manager software for the XTi is also available. The DSP settings can be saved as presets up to 49 times on the unit and recalled instantly, allowing for quick and easy setup. A pink noise generator is also included for convenient system checks. Detailed DSP settings and preset saving can be done via the HiQnet System Architect software on a USB-connected PC. Dedicated HiQnet Band Manager software for the XTi is also available.
The “XTi4002” packs output performance beyond its class into a lightweight and compact body. Equipped with a low-heat, high-efficiency switching power supply, it can output 1,600W + 1,600W in 2Ω stereo and 3,200W in 4Ω bridged mono. It can easily drive even large speakers. Furthermore, it features a Peak X Plus limiter with fine-grained threshold, attack, and release settings to maximize output performance. Its lightweight and portable design makes it ideal for temporary PA systems.
The input signals of the “XTi 4002” can be routed internally. It is equipped with a link terminal for splitting the input signal. Two output terminals are provided: binding post and Speakon. The front panel features a large backlit LCD display for recalling presets and configuring DSP settings. A lock function to disable display operation is also included. Furthermore, the handle integrated into the cast aluminum front panel is convenient for carrying.
