Sending combines the traditional analog delay that everyone loves with perfectly tuned, fully functional digital control. While providing the highest quality sound and performance-oriented features suitable for modern musicians, the character and special qualities of the BBD medium are pushed to unprecedented levels.
Even in the case of analog delay devices, the unique, sentimental and lyrical textures that can only be achieved with Electronic Audio Experiments are still alive and well. ■ Genuine analog circuitry + digital control
Sending combines comprehensive digital control built around two MN3005 BBD chips with a powerful 32-bit 100MHz processor system. It allows control from all directions while perfectly retaining the unique character that can only be achieved with analog circuitry. You can access delay times of up to 1000ms (1 second) without clock noise, and if you combine tap divisions, you can push it to longer times with no forced sound degradation.

A unique warm tone that induces a muffled low range and slight high range distortion. Perfect rhythm tracking. A lo-fi space where bit crashes, noise and aliasing can be heard. A fantastic realm where near-eternal echoes come and go. A frenzy and runaway of self-oscillation. Every detail is packed with incredible attention to detail, and all the sounds are strongly linked with the lyrical texture that is unique to Electronic Audio Experiments.

Complete control over all parameters. Extremely deep and wide setting range. Tap tempo. Preset function. And all functions can also be accessed via MIDI.

■Preamp section full of texture
The signal input to the Sending is beautifully colored by a unique discrete preamp consisting of JFET/BJT gain stages. The perfect combination with the delay line has been pursued, and it can produce everything from exquisite enhancement to gritty saturation, and even complete and bold overloading. In addition, since the gain and output level are controlled simultaneously, it is possible to maintain a constant output level at all times.

The preamp section is so well-developed that it feels like it should be released as a standalone pedal. It has the boldness and strong presence that is typical of Electronic Audio Experiments, and it has an impulsive, somewhat sentimental breakup. You can also use it as a drive that is always on, even when the Sending is bypassed, by setting the Trail mode.

Preset settings can be used for 3 presets from the front panel, or a total of 32 when using MIDI.
CV/Expression control can be freely assigned to control single or multiple functions.
TRS MIDI input supports control change, preset selection, and clock control.
Firmware updates can be performed via MIDI jack.
Electronic bypass with selectable buffered/trail mode.

Power: 9V DC, 2.1 mm center negative, 380mA. Regulated, isolated 400mA power supply recommended. Battery operation not possible.
