D'Angelico / Deluxe SS Satin Brown Burst

The Deluxe SS is a model with a semi-hollow body that has a center block structure and a small single cutaway shape with an original 15-inch width and 1.75-inch thickness. The original-shaped pickguard, which gives the guitar a distinctive DiAngelico feel, is designed to resemble part of the f-hole, and is available in 5-ply black (Satin Brown Burst) or tortoise-pattern (Satin Honey).

The binding on the top, headstock and neck, combined with the mother-of-pearl split-block position markers, give the guitar a chic and luxurious look.
The body is made of exotic wood with a distinctive grain pattern, either Dao (satin brown burst) or maple (satin honey), and the neck is a 3-piece structure with walnut sandwiched between maple to make it more resistant to warping and twisting. It has a 25-inch scale and an ebony fingerboard.
The neck and body are joined by a set-neck joint, and the dual-action truss rod is mounted and adjusted on the head side.
The distinctive headstock design is a continuation of DiAngelico's tradition. The truss rod cover is made of ebony, which gives it a luxurious feel, and the design is inspired by the skyscrapers of New York, which were lined with Art Deco architecture (such as the Empire State Building) that was popular in New York around 1930.
The pickup is equipped with two USA Seymour Duncan Seth Lover A4 humbuckers with gold-plated metal covers.
The control layout is 2 volume, 2 tone, 3-way pickup selector, and the tone of each pickup is a coil split push-pull switch, with a total of 8 coil combinations.
The hardware is all gold, and it is equipped with Grover Super Rotomatic locking machine heads that ensure stable tuning, as well as Tune-O-Matic and Steer-Step tailpieces.
