DAREDEVIL PEDALS / Aces

The Daredevil Pedals Aces hybrid amplifier overdrive began with an RCA data sheet from the 1950s. That data sheet described a simple two-stage gain circuit using germanium transistors, the only ones available at the time.

Finish it off as Daredevil Pedals and you have a unique pedal that nails the sound.
This pedal has the warm, sweet sustain of germanium transistors, but with the gain of rock ‘n’ roll - the best of both worlds.
The Aces is great on its own or in combination with other pedals. Inside the pedal are NOS germanium transistors and state-of-the-art silicon transistors.
Each has been tested and biased to produce the optimum sound.
There are two trim pots inside to set the bias for each gain stage, but they are adjusted at the time of production, so you basically don't need to operate them.
The only knob is the Volume control. Simply turn up the volume and press the pedal to play.

The Aces is powered by a standard 100mA or higher centre-minus DC 9V adapter. Batteries are not available.
