MXR / CSP041 HYBRID FUZZ

The CSP041 HYBRID FUZZ combines the warm sound of germanium transistors and the roaring high-gain sound of silicon transistors, two iconic fuzz faces of yesteryear, in one pedal.

By fusing the transistor, the heart of a fuzz, it not only gives the guitarist the musical sound and sound-leakage they are looking for, but it is also less temperature sensitive than a full germanium fuzz.
The Fuzz Face also follows the guitar's volume control. It can go from the organic clean characteristic of vintage fuzz to hair-raising high-gain, depending on the control at hand.
The distinctive design is a special edition by Simon Bernd (t Simon Bernd) of One Horse Town Illustration. This pedal allows you to step into a new realm of fuzz.
