The Logan is more than just an overdrive - it's a model that goes beyond anything you've ever heard before. It delivers a variety of drive sounds, no matter what you are looking for: preamp, low/mid gain drive, or a screaming cooked wah sound.

The drive sound responds to the finest nuances of picking and reliably conveys the player's expression. The wide headroom of up to 25dB allows it to be used as a preamplifier.

■3-band EQ
The true value of this unit lies in its 3-band active EQ.
The LOWS and HIGHS can boost or cut the signal by about 15 dB. You can use the EQ in various ways, such as making a thin sound thicker, a chunky tone crisper, or eliminating boomy bass.
The parametric mid EQ gives you even more tonal flexibility: use the m.freq. knob to set the frequency, and the m.c/b knob to cut or boost the frequency.
There is also a dedicated footswitch to turn on/off the MID EQ alone, and a POST/PRE switch to select before or after the main gain.

■Expression pedal support
There is one more attractive feature of this pedal. The MID EQ frequency can be foot-controlled with an expression pedal (sold separately). If you operate it fast, it can be used like a wah pedal, and if you operate it slowly, it can be used like an extended phaser.

■Fine-tuned sound creation
Two internal trims allow you to set the MID EQ Q setting and the mix balance between dry and distorted sounds.
