The Minimal Series Tuner MKII with BJF BUFFER display has a two-stage display system that provides ±0.5-cent accuracy for stage, recording, and guitar tuning, as well as the ease of operation necessary for on-stage tuning. The center of the display shows a large pitch display.

In the center of the display, the pitch is shown in large scale. The current pitch is shown at the top and bottom of the display. ●Calibration settings for a wide range of concert pitches
The Minimal Series Tuner MKII with BJF BUFFER can set the reference pitch from A4=436 to 445 Hz (in 1 Hz steps). Just by changing the reference pitch by 1Hz, the image of a piece of music can become completely different. By supporting a variety of concert pitches, tuning can be performed with ease regardless of playing style.

●Calibration (reference pitch) setting
Set the calibration (reference pitch for tuning, the note of La in the center of the piano = A4) in the range of 436 - 445 Hz. The factory default setting is 440 Hz. 1.

1. press the CALIBRATION button.
The current setting is displayed in the tone name display for a few seconds (lit → flashing). 2.

2. while the setting is displayed, press the CALIBRATION button to set the calibration.
Each time the button is pressed, the setting is toggled.

After setting, wait about 2 seconds without operating any buttons.
The note name display will blink three times to indicate that the calibration setting is complete. After that, the unit returns to a state in which it can be tuned.
