モニターヘッドフォンとしてできの良いATH-M50xにXLR端子のコンデンサマイク（DC-48Vファンタム電源必須）のマイクがついたものという理解でよいでしょう。
単一指向性のコンデンサマイクは音声をきれいに拾います。
一般的なゲーミングヘッドセットなどと違い、音質がとても自然で、特定の音域を変に強調していないです。
あらゆるゲームから音楽まで違和感なく使えます。
そしてマイクがXLR端子なのでDTM用のオーディオインターフェースなどに直接接続でき、音質面で有利です。
ゲームに特化したヘッドセットのような機能はありませんが、装着感と音質ではすばらしい。
ゼンハイザーなどにも同様の端子を採用したヘッドセットがありますが、それと比べるとコストパフォマンスがとても良いです。
ゲームでのVC、Youtubeなどでの配信、レコーディングまでなんでもこなせるでしょう。
