Experience the O: Forbes Pipe Organ sampled from the famous Harold Miossi Hall at the San Luis Obispo Performing Arts Center. This pipe organ offers a fresh approach and modern features to a classic instrument.
With O, you don't need to be a trained organist to recreate the classic sound of a pipe organ; O sets itself apart with its flexibility in sound and design, including a combination of traditional and modern pipes and sound design for modern notation. O: The Forbes Pipe Organ is a very versatile instrument.
O: Forbes Pipe Organ is a compelling library that captures the heart and soul of the classic pipe organ while creating dazzling, well-designed sounds. 16,000+ samples are captured, and sounds are combined and layered through a powerful interface for capturing over 16,000 samples and onboard tools for FX processing and sound design; this instrument can quickly achieve excellent results.
Very few composers and producers know how to approach the traditional pipe organ, and unless you are a professional organist, there are few opportunities to learn. In developing this library, we worked with the resident organist at the Harold Miossi Hall Performing Arts Center in San Luis Obispo to create a list of the most common pipe combinations used when playing the organ. There is no guesswork or years of education required to get a great tone on a pipe organ. These combinations are included as the first page of presets and are ready to use right out of the box for all users of this library.
In addition, O has a robust custom GUI that allows you to combine layers of organ samples within a section, adjust the levels of each layer, and apply FX to different sections to create beautiful custom pipe organ sounds. The sounds are stored in 30 user preset slots for easy recall.
The 150 presets are all you need to build a sound that combines traditional sections and pipes or a modern design.
Onboard FX processing can be used to modify the sound further further. You can control each section's FX individually or use the Master function to apply FX to all sections simultaneously. In addition, you can use Send FX to extend sound design capabilities and FX routing, change the ADSR of samples, and use the Short Note mode for even more sonic variety.
Explore the unparalleled possibilities of the organ, all controlled by the simple tools at your fingertips. Experience the joy of a meticulously recorded organ sample library.
