Those who activate the retail version of Studio One 5 series on MyPreSonus (PreSonus product registration page) between 14:00:01 on August 1, 2022 and September 29, 2022 (Japan time) will automatically be granted the corresponding grade of Studio One 6 series on MyPreSonus.

Studio One 5 Artist, which is included with PreSonus audio interfaces, controllers, and mixers, is also eligible.

If you register a PreSonus audio interface, controller, or mixer on MyPreSonus after September 30, 2022, the included Studio One Artist will be included in version 6.

It is a next-generation 64-bit digital audio workstation that is constantly evolving to provide overwhelming sound quality and an intuitive and speedy music production environment without being swayed by history or fixed ideas. Unlimited tracks, intuitive editing tools, and advanced virtual instruments in an efficient single-window interface. Mastering is possible on one screen. Based on drag-and-drop operation, you can focus on music production without complicated menu hierarchy.

Smart Templates
The new Smart Templates in Studio One 6 provide the toolset you need for your production, from basic recording to stem mixing, album mastering to live setup. There are also templates that allow you to easily play instruments and create podcasts with one click. Templates can also add convenient drop zones that allow you to easily import the content you need, such as audio, video, and MIDI files. Some templates also include interactive tutorials with instructions and links to related video content.

Smart Templates combine pre-defined tracks and channels with a customized user interface that shows only the features you need, and provide a unique feature that never before existed, automatically downloading the content you need.

-Global Video Track
Make your video content even better! With Studio One 6, composing and sound designing for video just got easier. The new Global Video Track provides Studio One's iconic drag-and-drop intuitive video workflow, and works with the Video Player window. Simply drag a video file onto the timeline to add a video clip, and the new Video Track can store an unlimited number of video clips, so you can process multiple reels of a feature film in a single session. Video thumbnails are also automatically generated to provide a preview for easy navigation.

Want to streamline your workflow for quick edits or podcasts? No problem! Basic editing functions on the Video Track include:

There's also an easy-to-use Replace option that lets you quickly swap out a newer edit of the same video at the same timecode position. Plus, there's a subtrack with a dedicated mixer channel, plug-in processing, and output routing options to use the embedded audio as a reference. To edit the embedded audio separately from the video, simply drag and drop the audio event into the audio track of the main arrangement for a simple flow.

・Mixer Channel OverviewThe new Channel Overview displays all channel parameters, including input controls, inserts, sends, cue mix sends, etc., for the selected channel in one place. This view is available as a new tab in the Channel Editor window, can be pinned to any screen, and follows the channel selection. The Channel Overview is perfect for quickly and intuitively manipulating the sound of a single channel with multiple plug-ins without having to open a dedicated plug-in editor.

■About the download card
The delivery will be delivered in a special envelope with a postcard-sized card containing the product code (serial number), user registration, and instructions on how to obtain the software. If you register, you will receive a startup guide and key command guide that explain the procedure.
