FOCAL / ALPHA EVO 80

Equipped with a Focal 1-inch (25 mm) aluminum inverted dome tweeter and a woofer with a slat fiber cone. The large laminar vent significantly suppresses noise.

In addition, the dual amplifier achieves a frequency response of 38 Hz to 22 kHz (± 3 dB).

This product uses a 5/8-inch (15 mm) thick MDF enclosure and incorporates internal braces to ensure high enclosure rigidity even at the highest levels of sound pressure.

■ Performance and versatility
In order to provide excellent monitoring in any location, Focal has adopted new functions, new technologies, and new designs for the ALPHA EVO monitor.

It features an aluminum inverted dome tweeter to ensure vast sound dispersion and Focal's exclusive slate fiber cone, renowned for its neutrality and dynamics.

This slate fiber cone is produced in Saint-Étienne, France, and its characteristics are very neutral in frequency and dynamic range. Focal's 40 years of acoustic expertise and innovative capabilities have been used to achieve a significant reduction in distortion.

The bass reflex design provides a stable monitor even in the tightest spaces. The design changes the cube shape of traditional monitors to rounded edges, and the side panels have a sleek, sturdy and modern design that contributes to its performance.

In addition to the traditional XLR connection, the input terminal also features a TRS jack input. It also has an automatic standby mode and inserts for fixing to the wall and ceiling.
