Baum Guitars / Backwing Limited Drop, Pure Black

The Backwing Limited Drop combines a mahogany body with a roasted maple neck and a bolt-on joint with a four-point metal plate. This limited edition model has a single cutaway body that successfully mixes traditional elegance with modern elements.

The top of the body from the center to the controls is thicker and designed to look like a body wing, and the elbow strike is one step lower, helping to improve playability.
The rosewood fingerboard with ivory-colored neck binding features pearloid crown inlay position marks and a 25.5" (648mm) scale.
Two Goldbuckers (mini humbuckers) with Alnico 5 magnets marked GOLDSOUND are mounted with black pickup rings.
Controls are individual pickup volume and individual pickup tone, with a 3-way toggle switch to switch between the pickups.
It has Baum's original Levitator bridge incorporating roller saddles and a stop tailpiece.
The neck has a comfortable silk finish (no gloss), the body and head have a gloss lacquer finish, and the matching head is a limited edition color of pure black with a gold pickguard.
