This specially designed talkbox was designed for Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell. It has a built-in amplifier for driver drive so that it can be handled in the same line as a compact effects pedal.

Like the existing M222 Talkbox, this Talkbox has a built-in amplifier for driver drive, so there is no need for a separate amplifier, and it can be used in the same line as other compact effectors.
The microphone at the mouth captures the effect sound output through the included tube (hose), just like a conventional talkbox.
