Variations

AZLA POM1000 is an ear plug designed to protect hearing during live performances at high volume. It has a patented mechanism allows switching between a sealed mode that blocks even the quietest sounds and an open mode that provides more natural sound insulation by circulating air through an air hole.

AZLA has developed a new concept of earplugs (earplugs) designed to protect hearing in loud environments, such as live performances, while not sacrificing audible sound quality by fully using the technology and knowledge accumulated in earphones and earpiece design. The "POM1000" (POM1000) earplugs for live performance have a patented mechanism (*Patent No. 10-2111668) that allows switching between two modes: sealed and open. Switching between closed mode (sealed) for those concerned about small sounds such as high frequencies and open mode (open) for more natural sound insulation by air circulation through the air hole design is possible.

■High sound insulation and natural volume attenuation. Designed to reduce live sound quality as much as possible.
In closed mode, the volume is cut by a maximum of -35dB (2-3KHz). In addition, high-frequency frequencies are precisely blocked while ensuring high sound insulation. Focusing on sound quality after wearing, we designed the product to allow natural volume attenuation without reducing live sound quality as much as possible. While protecting your ears at an appropriate volume, you can experience the live artist's full heat. The design is intended for concert halls and other environments for more natural sound quality when in open mode. The POM1000 also uses sound-absorbing material to absorb and expel moisture to prevent steam and humidity.

Earpiece replacement system: SednaEarfit MAX and XELASTEC are included.
AZLA's high-performance earpieces, SednaEarfit MAX (S/M/L), made of medical-use silicone, and SednaEarfit XELASTEC (SS/MS/ML), made of TPE, are included. The SednaEarfit XELASTEC (SS/MS/ML) is made of TPE material. They are removable and washable for clean use. If the nozzle part fits, general earpieces can also be used (*), allowing users to adjust the fitting according to their preferences. (*)Not all earpieces are guaranteed to fit.
