This guitar incorporates two custom-voiced Fishman Fluence Epiphone Prophecy pickups.
The two incorporated volume/tone pots can be pushed/pulled to produce three different sounds: a full "Patent Applied For" vintage humbucker sound, a hot modern active humbucker sound, or a sparkling, noiseless, slightly overwound single-coil sound. Single-coil sound.
The Flying V Prophecy features Grover locking Rotomatic tuners, Epiphone's LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and tailpiece for superior sustain, Graph Tech NuBone for rich overtones and tuning stability, and a custom binding. The guitar features a nut, custom binding, ebony fingerboard, jumbo frets, and an asymmetrical SlimTaper neck for comfort and speedy playing.
