The mahogany body is topped with a 1/2-inch thick maple cap and beautiful AAA flame maple, and has a slightly aged vintage gloss finish.
The SlimTaper asymmetrical mahogany neck features a 24-fret (jumbo fret) ebony fingerboard, block and triangle pearloid/avalon inlays selected to match the body color, matte-finished nickel Grover locking Rotomatic tuners, and a black Graph Tech NuBone nut.
The Epiphone Prophecy SG features brushed nickel hardware and two proprietary Fishman Fluence Epiphone Prophecy pickups with three voicing options selectable via the push/pull master volume and tone controls:

High gain, modern active high output humbucker (both controls pushed), classic PAF style humbucker with the tone control pulled, and hum-free, California style slightly overwound single coil tone with the volume control pulled.
