The guitar features Jerry Cantrell's unique specifications, such as a dark wine red finish applied to the plain maple top, a mahogany body with nine holes for weight reduction, gold hardware, Grover® Rotomatic® kidney tuners, an Alnico Classic PRO? humbucker? with a gold cover in the neck position, and an open-type 98T PRO humbucker in the bridge position.
The mahogany neck is finished with a Cantrell custom profile. As befits a signature model, the truss rod cover is inscribed with ""Jerry Cantrell"" and the ""JJ"" logo is printed on the back of the headstock.
Comes with a custom hardshell case.
