The Shanling M7 is a high-end digital audio player with a new design inspired by the Hi-Fi audio product line ""25th Anniversary 600 Series"".

■Wavy wave line design
・The M7's housing design is inspired by the Hi-Fi audio product group ""25th Anniversary 600 Series"" released by SHANLING in 2012. The body is made of a chassis made of highly rigid aircraft-grade aluminum that is CNC machined. This chassis has a complex line pattern on the side by precision machining, and is finished with a titanium color. The elegant M7 housing is completed by attaching the glass front panel, rear panel, and top panel to this chassis.

■Eye-catching beauty
・The M7's display uses a 5-inch SHARP LCD display. This display has excellent features such as high-definition display of 1920x1080 pixels, vivid color development, and wide viewing angle, and combined with the unique design of the M7 that makes the screen appear to pop out, it provides a more advanced user experience.

■High-quality music experience led by flagship DAC Uses ""ESS ES9038Pro"" in current output mode

The audio circuit of the M7 is optimized based on ESS's flagship DAC chip ""ES9038Pro"". Taking advantage of the experience of using this chip in the Hi-Fi CD player ""CD3.2 Ver.21"" released by SHANLING in 2021, we designed a circuit that can utilize the potential of this DAC chip even in portable products.

■OP+BUF architecture

- Equipped with a [4ch full-balanced amplifier circuit] based on the [OP+BUF architecture (acoustic circuit design using operational amplifier + buffer)] established in previous audio player designs. It suppresses noise to the utmost and achieves excellent sound quality.

■ In-house designed I/V conversion circuit

- ADI's ""ADA4896-2"" is used for the operational amplifier used in the I/V conversion stage. It is carefully matched with the various resistors and capacitors used in this circuit to sublimate performance to the ultimate.

■MUSES8920 (op-amp/OP)
- As the basis for realizing the high sound quality of the M7, we adopted the dual-circuit JFET op-amp ""MUSES8920"" with excellent low noise and low distortion in the amplifier circuit.

■High-precision thin-film resistors
- This component, which features an accuracy of 0.01% and a very stable flow of electrons, plays an important role in the M7 circuit.

■Polymer tantalum capacitors (manufactured by Panasonic)
- This component, which is known for its high precision and durability, contributes greatly to the reliability of the M7 as a portable device, which is required of the M7.

■TI-OPA2211 (op-amp/LPF)
- High output and low distortion. Improves the stereo crosstalk of the M7.

■ES9311 voltage regulator
- Provides optimal power supply to the ESS DAC chip.

■TI-BUF634A (op-amp/BUF)
- Operates in the driver stage and significantly improves the output level of the M7.

■CPAF Technology
・To improve the group delay, a problem with conventional low-pass filters, we designed an advanced mathematical audio circuit using CPAF (Constant Phase in All Frequency) technology developed by SHANLING.

■KDS low phase noise crystal oscillator + third-generation FPGA technology
・Two ""low phase noise crystal oscillators"" made by KDS in Japan and ""third-generation FPGA technology"" incorporating Shanling's proprietary algorithm improve the decoding accuracy of PCM/DSD data and enhance the fidelity of the original sound of the M7.

■ELNA SILMIC II capacitors
・Four high-quality audio-grade capacitors ""SILMICII"", which are also used in SHANLING's high-end stationary audio products, are used in the M7 circuit.

■Powerful power control
・Provides a powerful output level of up to 400mW* when outputting single-ended, and up to 900mW* when outputting balanced. From input-sensitive IEMs to headphones that require strong energy,
the three-stage gain setting allows you to set the appropriate gain to match a wide range of devices. (*32Ω load)

■Modern CPU performance
・The Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, manufactured with 11mm process technology and equipped with an 8-core CPU and Adreno 610 GPU, provides the processing power to run the latest apps without stress. This SoC consumes low power and generates low heat, which also contributes to extending the battery life of your device. The M7 also comes with 6GB of memory and 128GB of built-in storage.

・The M7 runs on the user-customizable ""Android 10"" OS, so you can access a variety of content to suit your needs. In addition, Shanling's proprietary ""AGLO (Android Global Loss-less Output) technology"" is built in, so there is no loss in sound quality due to sample rate conversion by the Android OS. You can enjoy music at the highest quality no matter what app you play it with.

■Fully compatible with MQA
・The M7 can expand and play MQA files up to 16 times.
*If you want to play MQA files using an app other than ""SHANLING Music"", the app must support MQA files.
