This is an original Killer pickup supervised by Akira Takasaki. While the LZ-510 Dyna-bite emphasizes balance with a straightforward tone, the LZ-610 is based on the 500 type and emphasizes the mids slightly to increase the sense of power.

The pitch of the pole pieces of the LZ-610 is set to match the string pitch of the Floyd Rose bridge.
