The DK2X features a poplar body and a bolt-on maple neck with a satin finish on the back of the neck for smooth playing, a scarf joint to reduce fatigue, and graphite reinforcement to protect the neck from weather and environmental changes.

The bound, 12-16 inch compound radius laurel fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets and pearl shark fin inlays. It's ideal for heavy chords and fast solos.

Jackson's high output active humbucking pickups provide a well-balanced tone with tight lows, glassy mids and crunchy highs. With a three-way pickup blade switch and single volume and tone controls, this guitar lets you explore colorful tones. The Jackson brand's Floyd RoseR licensed double locking tremolo bridge boasts excellent tuning stability and allows you to create free arming effects.

The X Series Dinky DK2X is available in classic gloss black or snow white body finishes, black hardware and a reverse-type Jackson-style pointed black Concorde-style six-piece headstock.
