The Ultra Lite series combines high precision with ultra-lightweight. It not only prevents the head from falling off, but also has a reversible post, so you can use a wrench to reattach it in the opposite direction.

■Bass extender ■Ultralite ■Clover key ■1/2" (head hole 11/16") ■Black *Procedure for reversible post 1. Remove the hexagon at the base with a 1/16" wrench 2. Remove the screw on the back of the gear, pull out the post and remove the gear 3. Pull out the shaft that is integrated with the peg button and replace it in the opposite direction *HIP SHOT products marked as "backordered" are made to order, so it will take several months for delivery. HB6C-1/2 Ultraliteとセットで購入

世代的にRATMやレッチリをやるのにドロップDにしやすいと楽なのでXtenderを購入しようと思い、どうせならヘッドが軽くなるタイプにしようとこちらとHB6C-1/2 Ultraliteをセットで買いました。
４弦側にこれをつけるのにまずHB6C-1/2 Ultraliteで留めるネジ穴を決めて取り付けたのですが、残念ながら少しずれます。製品的には共通性の高いものだと思ったのですが、同じ位置でのネジ穴だとヘッド側へ寝てしまいます。
HB6C-1/2 Ultraliteを先につけてからこれを導入しようとした方は同じ様になると思います。
個体差なのか分かりませんが、もうちょっと精確な製品だと思っていたので残念です。
軽さに関しては期待通りです。ヘッド落ちが劇的に改善しました。
ドロップDなどへの一瞬の切り替えも期待通りです。
Xtenderくらいの機構を有するペグでここまで軽くなるならジャズベースなどヘッド落ちするベースは高くても軽いペグを導入することをお勧めします。
