Conventional hook and loop fasteners could not withstand the weight of pedal effects and often peeled off. With HLF-50, the loop part is made tighter and there is more of it, and the hook part is also densely packed like a carpet, so that the loop hook holds more strongly. In addition, the seal part (adhesive part) has twice the adhesive strength compared to our company's products. It strongly prevents the pedal from peeling off from the board due to the weak adhesive power of the pedal. Conventional fasteners are often narrow in width and peel off due to the small adhesive surface, but the HLF-50 is about 110mm wide to match the width of the housing most commonly used for effect pedals. This is a custom product unique to Ex-pro, who regularly sets up pedal boards for many musicians. ■Precautions for use The adhesive part is very strong. Be careful not to let it stick to your hair or body. When cutting this hook-and-loop fastener, be sure to use scissors or a cutter that is sharp. If you cut it with a dull knife, the loop and hook parts may be damaged and no longer function. Because the sealing part is strong, adhesive will adhere to the blade after cutting and it will no longer be able to cut, so wipe the blade with alcohol or something similar.
