初心者セットを納品して、さっそくアンプにつないだところ「ビリビリ」とビビった音がしました。
アンプやシールドには問題なく、明らかにベースの初期不良でした。
その旨を動画を添付してメールで連絡すると、迅速に対応していただけ、しっかり調整されたものが返ってきました。
その後、快適に練習しています。
『安かろう悪かろう』という言葉がありますが、サウンドハウスさんに関しては『安くても良い品良い対応』と思いました。
