A digital audio player made by Shanling. It reproduces every detail of the sound and provides smooth, continuous sound. Three levels of gain adjustment are possible.

■Industrial design
- A luxurious design worthy of a flagship model has been completed, with a deep black base, symmetrical lines, seamless transitions between different materials, and a gold logo that gives an elegant impression. This design is not only beautiful to look at, but also has excellent practicality, such as how well it fits in your hand and the placement of buttons.

■The key to sound quality: two AK4499EQ DACs
- The ""AK4499EQ"" is AKM's flagship DAC chip and has excellent performance. Shanling engineers designed and developed the audio circuit with this DAC chip, which outputs the input signal to the amplifier section, as the core of the M8. The sound we aimed for is like delicately processed jade. Rather than a sharp sound with edges, we achieved a soft, warm, and strictly controlled neutral sound without exaggeration.

■ Unique I/V conversion method
- In order to maximize the performance of the ""AK4499EQ"", Shanling engineers have reconsidered the conventional method of I/V conversion of the signal output from the DAC chip. By optimizing the circuit design and repeatedly examining components such as capacitors and resistors, an ideal conversion method has been completed that depicts every detail of the sound output by the DAC chip and enables smooth sound expression with excellent continuity.

- Low noise, low distortion, high output current JFET dual op-amp.

■Ti-BUF634A
- Effectively amplifies output current and drives capacitive loads.

■Third generation FPGA technology + KDS low phase noise crystal oscillator
- Shanling's proprietary ""FPGA"" technology, an adaptive clock sampling algorithm. And two KDS ""low phase noise crystal oscillators"" are used for 45.1584MHz and 49.152MHz to reduce jitter and deliver a more accurate clock signal.

■ Comfortable operation even with headphones
・The M8 has three levels of gain adjustment. The highest level ""Gain-Turbo"" has a powerful output level, making it easy to get the volume even with home headphones. Maximum output value: 840mw (balanced), 260mw (single-ended)

■ Simple beauty - unibody design
・The M8 uses aircraft-grade ""magnesium-aluminum alloy"" processed by a CNC milling machine for the body. It improves the rigidity of the body while preventing signal interference, and achieves a beautiful unibody design with a sense of unity.

■ Graphene-linked cooling structure
・The M8 effectively dissipates heat throughout the entire housing by using a large graphene sheet attached to parts with heat generation elements. In addition, the ""360-degree cooling structure"" makes it easy to control the temperature situation, and it operates stably even during long periods of continuous playback.

■Large capacity battery for 24 hours of operation
・With a long battery life of up to 14 hours, you don't have to worry about charging all the time. It also supports QC3.0, so if you use a compatible charger, charging time will be completed in a short time.

■5-inch 1080P Sharp display
・The limit of pixel density that the human eye can recognize is said to be around 300 PPI. The pixel density of the M8 is 441 PPI, so it is possible to display a beautiful image with very high resolution.

■2.4G / 5G dual-band Wi-Fi - SyncLink / DLNA / AirPlay
・The M8 supports dual-band connection that supports both 2.4Ghz and 5GHz bands, and multi-user MIMO that communicates with multiple devices simultaneously. Enjoy a comfortable entertainment experience with excellent network connection.

■Five digital filters, new dynamic EQ
・The M8 is equipped with a graphic equalizer function that adjusts 10 bands of frequencies by +/-12dB. It also has a digital filter change function that allows you to select from five types, so you can pursue the best sound quality settings for yourself.

■As a pure music player - Prime Mode -
・Are you tired of the complicated operations, system menus, and notification messages of Android OS? By using Prime mode, the M8 works as a simple music player. In addition, with AGLO (Android Global Loss-less Output) technology, the M8 is not subject to the interference of Android OS's SRC restrictions. Free yourself from the stress of enjoying music.

■Two Hi-Res Audio certifications
