The iBasso Audio DC03-BK is a compact high-performance DAC adapter with dual CS43131 DAC chips.

■Dual DAC adapter - Transparent high-resolution sound

・Despite its small size of 40mm x 15mm (main unit side), the DC03 is equipped with dual high-performance DAC chips. By adopting this configuration, the DC03 has a more powerful output voltage and channel separation than ever before, making it possible to enhance the sense of immersion in music.

・The DAC chip used is the ""CS43131"", a ""MasterHIFI"" quality DAC chip that meets the strict standards set by Cirrus Logic, the manufacturer. This DAC chip has many possibilities and an attractive sweet sound in its small size, making it an essential factor in improving the sound quality of the DC03.

■Excellent audio characteristics and sound tuning
・The DC03 is an amazing DAC adapter, achieving characteristic values that are comparable to Hi-Fi audio players, such as [S/N ratio: 127dB] and [THD+N: 0.00028%]. After nearly 100 rounds of tuning, the DC03 has achieved the ideal sound that iBasso was looking for.

■Powerful energy in a slim body
-Compared to the DC02, the output value of the DC03 has reached [80mW], which is about three times higher. It is even easier to enjoy difficult-to-drive IEMs on your smartphone than carrying a mini-sized music player.

■Beautiful appearance and usability
-The DC03 uses brushed metal as the housing material. In addition, a [4-core silver-plated copper cable] is used to relay the main body and Type-C connector. This cable has excellent sound quality, looks, and handling.

■On the go or indoors
-The DC03 uses a highly versatile [Type-C connector] and supports [USB Audio Class 2.0]. It is compatible with various smartphones and tablets, and by using the included USB C to A adapter, you can use it immediately by simply plugging it into a Windows or Mac PC.

■64-step hardware volume adjustment possible using the dedicated app
・Smart devices usually adjust the volume on the software, but the volume difference between volume levels is large, and the output voltage of DC03 is high at 2Vrms, so even if the device volume is set to 1, the actual output volume may be very loud.

To solve this problem, iBasso has prepared a dedicated app that allows 64-step hardware volume adjustment. By using this app, you can control the volume in 64 steps for each volume step of the device.

■How to use
・Just connect DC03 to an Android device with Android 5.1 or higher and you can enjoy PCM up to 384kHz/32bit and DSD up to 11.2MHz. (However, this product may not be compatible with some devices due to the device's system or hardware.)
・This product has a high output level, so the volume may be too loud depending on the device you connect it to. Therefore, we recommend that you use the dedicated app ""iBasso UAC"".
*Depending on the device, you may need to recognize this product in the system settings in order to use it.
*The unit may become hot after using the product for a long time or when playing high-rate files, but this is a product specification and is not abnormal.
