その名のとおり、岩塩がプレートになっています。BBQの時に、ぜひ網の上にこれを置いて使ってみてください。炭火でプレートが熱せられたら、その上で好みの食材を焼くだけです。お肉や野菜が絶妙な塩梅になります。個人的おすすめは牛タンとしいたけ。商品のパッケージにもおすすめ食材の記載があるので参考にしてみてくださいね。使用後は十分冷ましてから、ぬるま湯で洗って乾燥させ、保管しましょう。
