The new audio engine makes the sound more realistic. The new MIDI groove search function makes it easier to find the MIDI groove that matches your image. The new songwriting function allows you to create drum tracks as if you were collaborating with a drummer.

・Fully compatible with ""EZ DRUMMER""
The sounds and MIDI grooves of ""EZ DRUMMER"" can be used on ""EZ DRUMMER 2"". In addition, projects created using EZ DRUMMER will be carried over to EZ DRUMMER 2.

- Compatible with existing EZX series
You can use existing EZX series on EZ DRUMMER 2. By applying the EZX Library Update scheduled to be released on May 6, 2014 (Swedish time), you will be able to use them with new graphics and sounds.

- Revolutionary songwriting tool
It is equipped with a ""Song Creator"" function that generates a drum track for one song from just one MIDI groove, and a ""Song Track"" for arranging MIDI grooves. With ""Song Track"", you can adjust the atmosphere of the MIDI groove as if you were interacting with a drummer, and record MIDI using a mouse, MIDI keyboard, or electronic drums.

- Equipped with advanced MIDI groove search function
It is equipped with a new page dedicated to searching MIDI grooves. You can now filter the vast number of MIDI grooves included by music genre, performance style, time signature, and type (fill, straight, swing, etc.), or use the mouse, MIDI keyboard, electronic drums, or MIDI file to search for a MIDI groove that matches your image.

-New user interface
Multifunctional yet comfortable production and intuitive operation. While retaining the drum kit, performance actions, and visual drum kit changes, EZ DRUMMER 2 now allows you to visually adjust the nuances of MIDI grooves.

-New sounds
EZ DRUMMER 2 includes drum libraries with modern and vintage setups, as well as commonly used percussion pieces. With a total of five new drum kits and percussion pieces, it can be used to create music in any genre.
