1st. Well packaged
2nd. Got the gray color, very pleasant to the eyes
3rd. Many parts of the case are doubled threaded . Yes, you read that right. Think of it as being made in the ” heavy duty ” side of manufacturing
4th. Well padded. Guitar fits snuggly in the case, no problem on fitting size
5th. I like the idea of it having a hook area on the back of the case. You can hook the guitar on the wall. Well thought out.
6th. The handle and shoulder straps alone make this case compete with MORE expensive cases.
7th. For the quality that I paid for, I received it with full satisfaction
8th. Would I buy another one, yes , indeed
