画像の商品とは全く違う金ピカのペグが送られて来ました。

ペグを選ぶ場合に、カラーのマッチングで選ぶ人は、多いと思います。
金ピカのペグは、Chromeのブリッジとは、マッチングしません。
確かに説明文をよく見ると、画像のものはイメージと在ります。
ただ、ゴトーのペグの専門用語で違うと言われても、いちいち専門的なことは見ません。
とても不親切です。
そもそも、イメージが違うものをなぜ掲載するのですか。
不愉快です。
適切な対応をして下さい。
