■ Stereo Bus Compressor
The Warm Audio BUS-COMP is an all-analog, two-channel stereo VCA compressor based on a classic circuit that has been providing silky smooth tone for decades. Stereo VCA compressors are great for controlling the dynamics of any source, but they have become widely known for their magical touch on stereo mixes.

BUS-COMP works great on stereo mixes, drum mixes, drum overheads, acoustic guitars, keyboards, pianos, orchestral instruments, narration, and a variety of other sources. Although BUS-COMP is primarily designed for stereo, it can be used equally well on individual mono sources. This type of VCA compressor is attractive not only for the easy control of dynamics, but also for the tone and depth it adds to the audio signal that passes through it, even when uncompressed.

The concept of BUS-COMP is to reproduce legendary VCA compressor technology, but also to add options and arrangements. One key feature is the BUS-COMP's ability to insert USA-made Cinemag transformers into the signal path driven by fully isolated op amps. With a single flick of a front panel switch, these custom-made transformers are inserted into the audio path for added depth, tone and atmosphere! ■Features and Specifications
